What we provide
Parker Data Link LLC publishes free browser games, mobile and tablet applications, streaming channels, and utility software. Everything on this site is offered free of charge and supported by advertising. We do not charge subscriptions and we do not sell in-game items.

Intellectual property
The original code, artwork, and text we create for our games, apps, and this website remain the property of Parker Data Link LLC. Public-domain films distributed through our streaming channels are, by definition, not owned by us; they are offered because their copyright has expired or they were released into the public domain. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those works. Nothing here implies endorsement by or affiliation with any studio or rights holder.
Software provided "as is"
Our software is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep things working, but we cannot guarantee that a game, app, or channel will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
A specific note about Secret Vault
Secret Vault hides text inside images using steganography. It is intended for privacy, novelty, and educational use. It is not a substitute for a professionally audited encryption product, and it should not be relied upon to protect information where disclosure would cause serious harm. You are responsible for keeping your own passwords — we cannot recover a hidden message if you lose the password used to protect it, because nothing is stored on our servers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parker Data Link LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our software, including lost data or lost profits.
Advertising
