Parker Data Link is a small independent studio, so messages come straight to a person rather than a ticket queue.
What to include
If you are reporting a problem with a game or an app, the two things that help most are which title you were using and what device or browser you were on. A screenshot is worth a great deal. If a game will not load, telling us whether it failed immediately or partway through narrows it down quickly.
Support
Bugs, crashes, a channel that will not play, a hidden message that will not come back out of a photo — send it and we will work through it with you. Note that we cannot recover a Secret Vault message if the password is lost, because nothing is ever stored on our side.

Advertising, sponsorship, and franchise partnership enquiries are handled through parkerdatalink.com, which has a form built for it.
Rights holders
Our streaming channels carry public-domain material only. If you believe something in a catalog is not in the public domain, write to us with the title and the basis of your claim and we will review and remove it promptly while we check.
